Application Software Associate (Night Shift)

We are looking for a customer-focused Application Support Associate to provide first-level support for our software applications and ensure an excellent user experience. In this role, you will assist end users with technical and functional queries, deliver user training, document feedback, and collaborate with the development team to enhance product adoption and continuous improvement. Responsibilities
Provide first-level support for software application users.
Conduct user training and onboarding sessions.
Resolve basic technical and functional issues.
Document and track support requests accurately.
Collect and communicate user feedback to developers.
Create user guides and knowledge base articles.
Escalate complex issues to technical teams.
Ensure timely responses and high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in application support, helpdesk, or customer service.
Basic understanding of software applications and business systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Good documentation and organizational skills.
Customer-focused mindset with patience and professionalism.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Nice to have
Experience using ticketing or helpdesk systems.
Knowledge of SQL or database fundamentals.
Familiarity with ERP or CRM applications.
Experience creating user documentation or training materials.
Exposure to Agile or Scrum environments.
Basic understanding of software testing or QA processes.
